With 80 years of experience within industrial refrigeration, we have designed our stainless steel products to perform with the highest reliability in highly demanding production environments; i.e. applications where hygiene is important and corrosion is a risk. Typical application areas are the brewing industry, food production, marine cooling, dairy production, meat processing and many other types of process industry applications.
All products are approved for the most commonly used refrigerants within industrial refrigeration such as ammonia, CO2, HCFC and HFC. Flammable hydrocarbons can also be used with some of the products.

With the introduction of the SVL SS Flexline™ product platform in stainless steel, Danfoss now offers a wide range of stainless steel valves for industrial refrigeration. With a broad temperature range and high pressure approvals for the products, the stainless- steel valve range now covers all modern refrigeration systems including CO2.
The ICF SS valve station offer savings in time, space and money compared to control solutions using conventional components. The IC SS valve station incorporates several functions in one control body. An ICF SS valve station can substitute a series of conventional mechanical, electro-mechanical and electronically operated valves, thereby providing a number of advantages in the design phase of a refrigeration plant as well as in the installation, service and maintenance.
The SVA shut-off valves in stainless steel are available with DIN connections in angleway and straigtway versions and with standard neck (SVA-S SS). The valves are designed to meet all industrial refrigeration application requirements and are designed to give favourable flow characteristics.
The stainless steel valves REG-SA SS and REG-SB SS are angleway and straightway hand-operated regulating valves, which act as normal shut-off valves in closed position. REG-SA SS with the A cone is designed for expansion lines. REG-SB SS with a B cone is designed for regulating purposes e.g. liquid lines.
SCA-X SS are check and stop valves in stainless steel with a built-in stop valve function. SCA-X SS are available in angleway versions. The valves are designed to open at very low differential pressures, allow favourable flow conditions and are easy to disassemble for inspection and service.
CHV-X SS stainless steel check valves are available in angleway versions. The valves are designed to open at very low differential pressures, allow favourable flow conditions and are easy to disassemble for inspection and service. The valve cone has a built-in flexibility to ensure a precise and tight closing.
FIA SS are a range of stainless steel angleway and straightway strainers, which are carefully designed to give favourable flow conditions. The design makes the strainer easy to install, and ensures quick strainer inspection and cleaning.
Valves for use in environments where optimum protection of external surfaces on valves and fittings is important, e.g. for outdoor applications, in corrosive atmospheres and for food applications. Applicable to HCFC, HFC, R717 and R744.
Refrigerants: HCFC, non flammable HFC, R717 (Ammonia) and R744 (CO2). Max. operating pressure: 52 bar g (754 psig). Valves for higher operating pressure available on request. Full temperature range: –60 - +150°C (–76 - +302°F).
EVRS and EVRST are valves made of stainless steel.EVRS 3 is direct operated, EVRS 10, 15 and 20 are servo operated, EVRST 10,15 and 20 are forced servo operated valves.EVRS and EVRST are used in liquid, suction, hot gas and oil return lines with ammonia or fluorinated refrigerants.
